NOTICE – WALK-IN VISA APPOINTMENTS
This is to inform all applicants that a limited number of walk-in visa appointments for urgent cases only will be accepted daily at the Visa Application Centre in Nouakchott under the following categories:
1. Medical Cases (Urgent Cases Only)
Medical walk-in appointments will be granted only when the request is supported by:
- A medical report issued by a doctor justifying the urgency of the treatment.
- Proof of a confirmed medical appointment in Spain.
- Please note that, as this concerns a Schengen visa, applications will not be accepted for medical treatments requiring permanent residence in Spain.
2. Business Trips (Urgent Cases Only)
Applicants must present the following documents:
- Business invitation letter
- Valid NIF (Tax Identification Number) of the inviting entity.
Walk-in Appointment Availability
- A maximum of 10 walk-in appointments per day will be accepted for the above categories.
- Walk-in applications will be accepted only between 08:00 AM and 09:00 AM.
Important Instructions
- Applicants must not gather in front of the Visa Application Centre before 08:00 AM. Any such gathering will be reported to the police immediately.
- Any person causing disturbance or disorder in front of the Visa Application Centre will not be accepted and will be reported to the police for immediate action.
- Applicants are requested to maintain order and strictly follow the procedures of the Visa Application Centre.
The Visa Application Centre reserves the right to regulate entry and acceptance of applications to ensure a smooth and orderly process.

BLS International advises visa applicants to exercise caution and vigilance
regarding the following points:
- Our staff never ask visa applicants to make cash payments or any other form of payment to
obtain an appointment, expedite the visa application process, secure an earlier appointment,
or influence decision-making.
- We do not recommend any direct payments into personal bank accounts.
- Appointments must be booked exclusively through the BLS website. Please refer to the website
for authorized service fees payable to BLS International.
- Always request a receipt for optional value-added services available at our center.
- The decision regarding visa applications is made solely by the competent authorities, and
BLS International has no role or influence in this process. If you receive such a request
(in writing or verbally), please report it immediately by completing the complaint form or
by sending an email to antifraud@blsinternational.com.
Be cautious of intermediaries selling visa appointments under the name of BLS International or
individually outside our center. All appointments must be booked through the BLS International
website. Please refrain from purchasing appointments through a third party: this is a fraudulent
practice that BLS International strongly condemns. As a responsible service provider, we make
every effort to inform applicants to be wary of fraudulent intermediaries charging fees to
clients for appointment bookings.
- Appointments are FREE. You should not be paying any additional fee agent/ agency to obtain your
appointments. Such external payments are at your own risk.

- EU family members have the right to go directly to the Consulate/Embassy to manage their visa
application.
Importance Notice
As of 2nd February’ 2020
The deadline for submitting a visa application is extended to 6 months instead of 3 months. In case of
Seafarers they may be presented with a maximum advance of 9 months.
Visa application form has been changed.
Visa Fee increases from June 11TH 2024
Above 12 years : 90 Euros
6 to 11 years: 45 Euros
Children under 6 years: Free of charge
BLS Employee must provide receipt for all the services availed and paid at BLS Spain Visa
Application Centre. Please write to feedback.af@blsinternational.net if you have not received receipt for
any payments made in the Spain Visa Application Centre.

BLS Spain Visa Application Centre does not provide any other services apart from reception and processing
of Spanish visa applications as authorised by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Spain.
